These are the rates which may be on your bill if you are a residential customer.
All residential and small business customers in Ontario receive a bill with the same four lines of information: electricity, delivery charges, regulatory charges and debt retirement charge. These charges are explained in a glossary on the back of your bill. To see a copy of the glossary, look here.
