Pre-Authorized Payment
The "net amount" of your bill will be withdrawn from your bank account on the due date printed on your bill. You will continue to receive your bills prior to the due date showing the amount that will be withdrawn. A message will appear on your bill telling you that the amount will be withdrawn automatically so that you do not accidentally pay the amount more than once.
We require a void cheque and a signature to process your request. Click here to print the authorization form. Once you print it, fill it in and attach a void check. You can then mail it to us and we will set you up for direct payment.

Budget Payment Plan
Make budgeting easier by signing up for our Budget Payment Plan. Electricity costs for the year are spread over 12 months, based on past year's usage for existing accounts. An estimated amount is calculated for new homes. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account monthly, on a date you select - 5th, 15th or 25th of each month. Statements are sent out every month to show your status and you are urged to keep an eye on this status to make sure that your account balance does not get too high or too low. You can call at any time to discuss changing your monthly amount. A message will appear on your bill saying that your account has been placed on the Budget plan.
If you wish to sign up for this option we will need to calculate the monthly amount for you and we will need a void cheque and a signature. You can email us your request here and we will send you the required form.
Visa & MasterCard Payments
You can now pay your bill using Visa and / or MasterCard. Oshawa PUC Networks Inc. has enlisted the services of Paymentus Instant Payment Network to offer an additional payment option for those customers interested in using credit cards to pay their bill. Customers using this bill payment option will be charged a convenience fee for each transaction. You can visit the link on our website to make a payment or use the toll free phone line at 1-866-417-1017. Customers using the web payment method will receive an email confirmation of their payment. Payments will be posted to your account on the next business day.
