Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program Details

ERIP Banner

About the Program

The OPA in cooperation with Oshawa PUC Networks Inc. are assisting Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional and Agricultural customers to conserve energy.

The Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program appreciates that when a business is making choices between different equipment options the desired choice is for the most efficient solution, but for financing reason or timing reasons other choices may be made. We would like to influence the decision in favour of the most electricity efficient ones.

The Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program focuses on the areas of lighting, motors, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and the overall electricity systems.

Who Qualifies?

Applicants must be Oshawa PUC Networks Inc. commercial customers.

Applicants may be owners or tenants of business premises supplied by Oshawa PUC Networks Inc.

Please note that if you are a tenant, you must obtain permission from the property owner for installation of the measures for which an incentive is claimed.
